Bareilly, 18 December 2025 — The BMIIL Incubation Center (Bareilly Medtech Incubation & Innovation Labs) conducted the Pharmacy Innovation Induction Program for students of the College of Pharmacy, led by Mr. Claudius Lazarus, Co-Founder & CEO of BMIIL. The program aimed to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within pharmacy education and practice.
Speaking about the program, Mr. Claudius Lazarus said, “Pharmacy students are a critical component of healthcare innovation. Our goal is to provide them with the skills, mentorship, and exposure to translate ideas into real-world solutions.”
The session included motivational videos showcasing successful pharmacist led healthcare innovations and highlighted emerging trends and the future of the pharmaceutical industry. This gave the students and faculty present, a perspective on the evolving opportunities in pharmacy led innovations.
The validation for the session happened when, immediately after the session few students came to the incubation center office with their ideas, demonstrating high levels of engagement and enthusiasm.
The program emphasized mentorship, funding guidance, regulatory awareness, and incubation support, providing students with hands-on exposure to the pharmacy innovation ecosystem. This initiative strengthened the research, innovation, and entrepreneurial culture among students, motivating them to explore innovation-driven and entrepreneurial career paths alongside their academic and professional development.
