Accelerator Program

This program is typically for early-stage startups that are ready to rapidly scale.

Are you a post-MVP startup ready to hit the gas? The BMIIL Accelerator Program is a highly intensive, structured program designed for early-stage companies with demonstrated market traction. Over 12-24 weeks, we provide tailored coaching, a critical infusion of seed capital, and direct access to a global network of investors and domain experts. Our goal is simple: to help you validate your business model, finalize your Go-to-Market strategy, and achieve hyper-growth in a fraction of the time.

Who should apply?

Startups with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), companies with initial traction/revenue, with specific industry focus in medtech, wellness, health-tech and Ayurveda.  Companies seeking market traction and funding to expand business.

Selection Criteria

The Accelerator is highly competitive and is designed for ventures that have already achieved significant validation and are focused on rapid, scalable growth.

At Breilly MedTech Incubation and Innovation Labs (BMIIL), we support startups that combine scientific innovation with real-world healthcare impact. Our accelerated incubation program selects ventures that show strong potential for technological excellence, scalability, and societal benefit.

We evaluate startups based on the following parameters:

  • Strong Team: We look for cohesive, experienced teams with relevant backgrounds who can demonstrate full time commitment and an ability to execute the business plan.
  • Stage of Startup: Startups that have progressed beyond the ideation phase and have at least a minimum viable product (MVP) or prototype developed.
  • Market Potential & Scalability: A clear market opportunity and a business model capable of scaling up are crucial. Startups should address a real, validated problem, with evidence of potential demand or traction (such as user growth or early revenue).
  • Product-Market Fit: The offering should align with the accelerator’s focus areas and demonstrate strong differentiation or innovation in its sector (e.g., medtech, Ayurveda, Wellness, Health-tech , Blockchain in Healthcare etc).
  • Business Plan & Professionalism: A robust and realistic business plan, clarity of milestones, and detailed market analysis are important. The application and pitch should be thorough and professional.
  • Alignment with Accelerator Goals: Alignment with BMIIL’s mission to advance affordable, accessible, and high-quality MedTech or Ayush innovation.
  • Traction Indicators: Demonstrable signs of traction—like paying customers, partnerships, user engagement, or even strong pilot/test results—greatly strengthen a startup’s application.
